    重磅芝士海鲜pizza

    国庆假期宅在家里好些天,不做点好吃的好像对不起自己哦。

          于是有了这个重磅芝士海鲜pizza咯~

     

     

    以前一直都懒得写做法,今天就勤快点啦!

     

    饼底:

    高筋粉  150g ,    糖15g、盐5g , 酵母3g,橄榄油10g,水90g

    开始的时候面团会很湿很粘,咱们要契而不舍地揉啊、摔啊,揉啊、摔啊……直到出膜为止,它就会变得软软滑滑的了。

     

    白酱:

    低筋粉 20g,牛油20g,牛奶250g,盐2g,糖5g

    在不粘锅里加热熔化牛油(小火),加入低筋粉炒成面糊,熄火加入牛奶和盐糖搅啊搅,把面糊搅开(用打蛋器效果会好点)。再开小到中火煮开,整个过程切记不停搅拌。这个方子做出来的白酱很多,一个pizza肯定用不完,剩下的就放冰箱里以后做一份用了。

     

    馅料:

    蟹脚肉(乐购买的), 甜虾(宜家买的),三文鱼(也是宜家),洋葱(先炒一炒),马苏里拉芝士(要好多好多!)

     

          面团揉好后擀成烤盘大小的圆形面饼,发酵20分钟左右,再用叉子在上面叉满洞洞。在面饼上涂上厚厚的白酱,铺上馅料,撒上刨成丝状的马苏里拉芝士(一直铺到不能再多为止,这才够重磅!)230度烤15-20min。

     

    真是好好味!pizza嘛,最紧要馅多~
